Rotating and swiveling unit DSE-1

The DSE rotary-swivel unit was specifically developed for use in laser processes and enables precise positioning and movement of workpieces with high flexibility, repeatability, and reliability. The DSE is available in various sizes and can be perfectly adapted to the individual requirements of your application through a range of equipment options and accessories.

We offer the DSE units as integrated modules or, alternatively, in combination with the DSE easyCONTROL controller as a plug & play system. This standalone system allows for the straightforward and subsequent expansion of your existing laser welding system with a high-precision rotary axis.

The DSE is characterized by its compact design and superior build quality. The 270° swivel range and large through-hole offer maximum flexibility for complex and long workpieces. The gantry design allows for cantilevered mounting over a worktop edge, enabling the machining of very long workpieces. The A/B swivel axis is manually adjusted and features tactile detents in 45° increments. The C-axis is motor-driven and can be configured with various motor options, gearboxes, position encoders, reference switches, and more. Additional features and accessories, such as a digital swivel angle display (angMOD) or a stop system (stopMOD), complete your DSE.
